Spa & Wellness Retreat in California

April 7th - 15th

*Please note that this is a sample itinerary and does not include any transportation, lodging, or restaurant details; however, all clients receive a detailed itinerary created according to their personal interests, goals, and budget. All arrangements depend on availability.

DAY 1:  Sunday, April 7


Depart from your preferred airport.

Arrive San José Mineta Int’l Airport (SJC)

Pick up your reserved hybrid rental car.


Check into your sustainable hotel and spa in Monterey Bay.

Double – King bed


Relax and enjoy the solar heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, or indoor steam room.


7 p.m. Reservation for dinner at a local farm-to-table restaurant.


Day 2: Monday, April 8


A.M. Visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium (Tickets included).


Have lunch at one of the nearby restaurants and enjoy the views, followed by a drive to the lighthouse and surrounding sites.


4 P.M. Reservation for your 1 ½ hour massage (and/or other spa services).


Dinner on your own.


Day 3: Tuesday, April 9


A.M. Check out of the hotel and take the PCH – Hwy 1 south toward Big Sur, visiting parks and views along the way. (Suggestions provided.). 


P.M.  Check into your sustainable coastal accommodations for a unique experience.

Double – Queen bed – Breakfast included.


Enjoy a relaxing walk, taking in the spectacular views and then unwind at the pool and hot tub before dinner at the lodge.


Evening dinner reservation.


Day 4: Wednesday, April 10


A.M. Take advantage of a morning yoga class at the lodge to start the day, followed by a beautiful walk or hike along the coast.

Relax with a nice long soak in the hot tub after your hike. Massage is also available (with advance reservation included).

Day 5:  Thursday, April 11


A.M.  Check out of lodging and take a leisurely drive down PCH 1 toward San Luis Obispo with stops along the way. (Suggestions provided.)


P.M. Check into your wellness center accommodations for 3 days of yoga, meditation, and relaxation.

Double – King bed – All meals included.


Day 6:  Friday, April 12 –

Day 8:  Sunday, April 14


A.M. Morning guided meditation followed by a healthy breakfast and a guided hike on picturesque trails.


P.M. Lunch provided with free time to soak in the saline pool or hot tub, explore an acupuncture session, or relax in the reflection garden.


4 – 5:30 p.m.:  1 ½ hour yoga session consisting of blended yoga styles.


6 p.m. Dinner provided. (Vegetarian/vegan.)


8 p.m. Guided meditation and music.


Day 9:  Monday, April 15

Return the rental car and depart for home from the San Luis Obispo (SLO) airport, OR drive to San Jose via the freeway for a quicker return to SJC for your flight home.

Arrive at your preferred airport.
