We will always honor your preferences with regard to your sustainability comfort level. We encourage you to consider destinations that are not overtouristed where a sustainable focus and infrastructure are in place, but we respect your personal preferences and decisions.

We encourage you to explore local experiences that you will not only enjoy and benefit from, but will also benefit the local community. If you’d like to incorporate a guided tour into your itinerary, rest assured that we work with responsible travel guides and tours.

We support sustainable ships, river cruises, and other sailing opportunities but do not book large, mainstream cruise line travel as a result of the harm caused to communities as well as the environment. We also do not support animal encounters that involve unhealthy practices and the mistreatment of animals.
Group Travel
If you're seeking a group travel experience, we offer a variety of group travel options:
We provide Mindful Explorer group trips for women that focus on sustainable, meaningful experiences. These trips are small groups of 10 to 12 women, led by myself and another experienced guide.
Join us this June 2025 for a beautiful hiking and cultural experience in France. This trip is for all levels of hikers, focusing on exploring the natural beauty of Brittany as well as French culture. *See our Discover page for more details, and sign up below for updates!
We partner with other sustainably-minded organizations offering group tours that include a variety of amazing, authentic experiences.
We create personalized group travel experiences for women and their friends, or family, based on your interests and goals, whether it's a single group tour experience added to your itinerary or a full travel tour.
